TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to PDF Reader - Photo to PDF (referred to as the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms between you ("User", "you", or "your") and us regarding the use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the App.

If you are located in the European Union, this Agreement also includes provisions required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. App Description

PDF Reader - Photo to PDF provides tools to read, manage, and convert photos into PDF documents. Features include:

• Importing and viewing PDF documents.
• Converting images or photos to PDF format.
• Managing PDF files via folders, search, rename, and deletion.
• Offline functionality (no internet connection required for core functions).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the App to upload, store, or share any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, software, content, and other intellectual property in the App are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use our trademarks or brand assets without our prior written consent.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services.

5. Privacy and Data Use

By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

In compliance with the GDPR, we only collect the minimum data required to provide the Service, and we offer opt-out mechanisms and data subject rights such as:

• Right of access
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to object to processing

6. Third-Party Services

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue parts or all of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may also discontinue use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

If you are located in the European Union, your consumer rights under applicable laws are not affected by this limitation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the App;
• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property.

11. Updates to the Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or via update release notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable laws such as those in the European Union.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to file complaints with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA) or consumer protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first at domingoramirez30@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
